Dirty place, horrible food!
Was served frozen muscles and slimy shrimp. I hate that the Lubbock location is being run into the ground. Just the very worst place to eat in Lubbock !!!
This was probably one of the most horrendous Joe’s Crab Shack I have ever visited. Not only was the overpriced sea food mediocre but the staff was inconsistent. Drinks were left empty for 20 minute intervals, checks took 40 minutes to come out, and the place wasn’t even packed. The lack of food in the 30.00 pot is sadly disappointing, one would expect a hearty helping of fishy wonder yet is led astray as, for example, their Cajun Pot has only 5 crab legs, 4 shrimp, 2 measly potatoes, and some cobbed corn. I would suggest to either never done here or just choose a different location when looking for a filling meal and a relaxing environment.
I thought it was really good. A bit pricey but it was seafood. The food was good and the atmosphere was very laid back and enjoyable. Service was also very good.

What’s that smell!. A question for all. If your sit at the bar – far right side of the restaraunt – there is an incredible sour, nasty smell which has to be coming from the kitchen. I turn around and see tables with Lubbokites eating. My stomauch turns. Yuk Has anyone experienced this??
Fancy, but no good.. First the place looks awesome. Too bad the food wasnt, crab had no flavor, dont get burgers, and their shrimp was alright. If u order over 8 plates they force your bill 18% gratuity. price is extremely high, ill never eat there again.
