The entryway to the restaraunt floor was sticky, and the restaraunt had just opened. The floors were not swept. The menu I was given was dirty and the plastic cover was torn up. The food was decent, but I’m disappointed as the lack of cleanliness was unappetizing.
We placed a phone order. Upon arrival to pick up the order, we were told by the hostess that she forgot to turn the order into the kitchen and it would take 15 minutes to prepare the order. It took 25. Upon unpacking the order at home, we discovered that there were missing items. I called and spoke with the manager and he told me that he personally packed the order and everything was included. It wasn’t. He offered no compensation for the missing items and only a half-hearted apology. There is a serious lack of customer service.
