This place is really nice. I’ve only ever had the pesto shrimp pasta, but I love it so much. Last winter my friend and I went to look at the dessert area and the manager gave us free hot cocoa and dessert. It was wonderful, I would definitely recommend it
Wonderful staff. Positive and very helpful assistance on the phone trying to figure out what my daughter had eaten here on another visit without me (could do without the hokey and highly Texified attempts at French though). We got everything we ordered and our call in order was hot and ready when we arrived. My 2 year old and 8 year old loved their pasta (bow ties w/ the signature tomato-basil soup ladled on). The breads were good…and that’s kinda where the fun stops. My meal gave me a nostalgic experience of airline food. I’ve had reasonable breakfasts at La Madeleine stores in other cities…still recommend sticking with bakery items. I will likely eat here again because my kids love it…but then, we eat chuck-e-cheese for the same reason.
New Menu items. The chicken, bacon and bleu salad was delicious and a definite plus to the new menu. Just the right amount of everything and not saturated in dressing. I will order this again! The line was long , but moved quickly and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Great Mother’s Day experience.
Coffee was left out for 3:30min. Okay so I just wanted some coffee and deserts ( of which is processed and not prepared by staff ) after seeing the timer set at 2:55 and flashing I asked them how frequently they changed their coffee, and after receiving a bad attitude they told me every 2 hours, then proceeded to tell me it would be out soon, after 15 min there was no coffee, I will never come here again
I have never been to a La Madelines so I have no basis for comparison. I had the Mediterranean Paella. It was okay but it was lukewarm. My husband had the French dip. Not bad. Just nothing makes me want to go back.
Ate here this am. Cold, thick, tasteless oatmeal. No potatoes availabke. Eggos overcooked.VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I was very happy to hear this restaurant was going to have a Lubbock location. However, when we paid them a visit, we were very disappointed. The tomato basil soup was fine as usual, but the French Dip I had was terrible. The bread was grey and a weird consistency because it hadn’t been baked long enough. Such a shame this location definitely doesn’t live up to the Dallas location’s standard.
