The atmosphere at Lite Bite is nothing to write home about. The restaurant would be really cool if the lighting was subdued and they offered diners beer and wine; however I accept the fact I am in Lubbock and not Dallas nor Houston. What matters is that the food here in really pretty damn good. I ordered a 1/4 of a chicken and what they served me was enough chicken to feed a family of four, I was with a party of eight and all the consensus of opinion was that this place is a find; the food is wonderful and authentic. What’s more the prices are dirt cheap. Definitely check out The Lite Bite; you won’t be disappointed. Thumbs up!
