Will not return. We eat out a lot and will never eat at this or any other Logan’s again. The service, the manager, the non-caring attitude and the filthiness were enough to turn my stomach. There was A-1 sauce all over the back of the chair I was sitting in and got all over my shirt, no one cared. My dad’s steak was chewy. The zuchinni fries were soggy. The waitress came back once for refills. The manager could care less that we had a bad experience.
Management. I am from the Austin area and came to Lubbock for Christmas holidays. I’m a regular customer but the Lubbock location has the worst management team. No available management in the area plus all team members talking negative about the poor management. I must agree. Sorry to say but please give the mansgement team more training or please dismiss them from there position.
Awesome. Great ribeye steak, but dry brownies.
The only thing they don’t overcook are the free peanuts.. We’ve stopped coming here completly as of 2010, before that we used to eat here once every few months, never on our own, mainly because friends chose it, or my parents chose it and we just met them there for the company, but I can gladly say that never in my years of eating here has my steak not been overcooked, Medium rare is all I ask, when I get it, you might as well put a slice of cheese on it, stick it between a bun with some mustard on it, that’s how overly cooked it is. This place is about 2 out of 10 for me, if you want this type of atmosphere go a block down the street to Texas Roadhouse, spend the same and get way more for your money.
Chopped steak among best values in Lubbock. Not everything at this chain is great but some things standout. First, the chopped steak is always great – so much so that we go well out of our way to get it often. The mac and cheese is the best casual dining mac and cheese I’ve found. The loaded mashed potatoes is very good. And, they have baked sweet potatoes – a must with my spouse.Ridiculous and funny that they price Shiner (made only in Texas) as an import! Some times the bar service is great, other times the staff is less than nice. Overall, I like Logan’s and the 2 meals for $13.99 deal is just hard to beat given how much I like the chopped steak.
Deserves More Credit. I have been to Logan’s a few times and I thought the flavor of the Steaks and sides was excellent. Not sure why such a low rating. I enjoyed the service and food.
Gravy was salty, Mac and cheese was cold, it took forever for us to get sat, and the waitress did not come check on us after someone else delivered our food. We had to flag her down to get the check! I will not be back!
