Marble Slab has always been a favorite ice cream place in my family, but the last few times we have visited have been a disappointment. The Chocolate Swiss is incredibly inconsistent and the service is consistently mediocre if not horrible. Will be visiting this child-hood treat much less often.
Marble Slab has the greatest Icecream and tons of mix-ins! The service is great and all of the employees are super friendly and helpful! A girl with dreads assisted me and I’m kind of indecisive and she made a lot of great suggestions to help me out! I would definitely recommend it to friends!
Terrible waste of money!. Awful excuse for ice cream! Took a bite and threw it out. Venue and employees all look dirty. girls with dreads and rat tails not pulled back. Nasty! Too expensive to be such garbage! Will not be back and will not recommend it to ANYONE!
Very disappointed! The ice cream was labeled badly and after leaving and tasting it we don’t think we got what we ordered…couldn’t tell what flavor it was…
The service and the attitude of the employees was terrible!! When ask for a children’s serving we were told the smallest serving was the adult small cup. As we were sitting eating our ice cream I noticed a sign advertising a free children’s ice cream cone or cup if you fill out a survey. Hey I would have paid for the children’s size cup just to save on waste. The small adult cup is way too much for a two year old. If you advertise children’s size portions then tell your help to offer it to their customers!! Also we weren’t the only people wanting the children’s size portions the people right behind us wanted them too!! Won’t be back….
This is such a poor excuse for an ice cream shop. It is filthy, especially the restrooms, the service is pitiful, and the food is old. All of the ice cream in the to-go freezer had serious freezer burn and looked like it had been there for months. There were two employees working, when we went in and only one was actually working. The female employee was trying to manage the whole shop alone, while the male stood in the back essentially twiddling his thumbs. The prices are also ridiculous. We cannot figure out how this place is even still in business. We will not ever be back.
Best Butter Pecan!. LOVE the butter pecan from Marble Slab! Other great flavors include Rum and Cheesecake. I have never had a bad experience there.
