Ice cream not too bad but on expensive side. Problem is with the owner or manager who trains the staff. They have a reward program that the staff are not really informed about. Tried it with groupon and will not go back
Absolutely love it! Problem is choosing flavor and mixes! If you go on the weekend it’s usually a little busy. Ice cream is creamy, thick, and very rich so we usually get small portions! Which is good cause it’s a little pricey for ice cream.
Incompetent management leads to poorly trained staff. Not the staffs fault. They don’t know what promotion they are running or the rewards program I have to explained to them. Got busy and flustered fill up half of a carton instead of full because it’s out on the serving line and didn’t want to go back to get more. Why am I paying full for half. Tried it with groupon and will never go back again. A very sorry excuse for a business
