Dirtiest and rudest McDonalds in Lubbock. Worst customer service. The staff is ALWAYS rude, including the closing shift manager. The restaurant itself is always dirty. The drive thru staff keep you just sitting there and waiting to order even when there is no other cars in line. I timed it as 10 minutes one night at around 10pm. They always get my order wrong even when it is just a double cheeseburger and small fry. If you try and correct them on the order being wrong they just shut the window in your face and walk away. I have had the employee at the payment window swear at me and when I asked for a manager the female manager said I must have deserved it and walked away. Has to be the filthiest, rudest McDonalds in all of Lubbock, TX. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here. Eat at another McDonalds.

I really like me some McDonald’s, but I think this is the very worst location! I’d seems dirty and the food doesn’t taste right. The last two times I have went to this location the fries were gross!
On my recent visit to mcdonalds on slide rd in lubbock tx.. I had a very bad customer service, last Thursday (sep 28th 2010) I stoped to purchase 3 happy meals for my kids cause on that day they cost 1.79 each, but the employee charged me regular price, and I told her that it was wrong, that a hamburger happy meal was 1.79, but she refused to correct the mistake but I insisted to correct it but she got really really mad, shut her window on my face and moved from where I could see her…if she charged other customer regular price when she was supposed to charge less, that’s call steeling and is not fair, thursdays are the days people with a lot of kids like me want to make their kid happy with out breaking their wallets..and this mcdonalds is always dirty where the play area is, and restrooms r dirty too.. I give this place 1 star cause the food is good..that’s a bout the only good thing..
