Brought my son and 5 of his friends for pizza and some games last Saturday. Figured going in that it would be like cicis pizza. For the first half hour of partaking in the pizza buffet, most of the pizzas were pepperoni and jalapeos, which I don’t mind at all, but that was the majority of their offerings. Finally after nearly an hour of us enjoying an impromptu pizza eating contest, the variety of pizzas finally began. I think cicis pizza is better by a few levels. First off, cicis offers their spinach pizza, which is what makes their buffet so great. The floors in Mr. Gattis were filthy filthy filthy. I get it, most guests don’t care about what mess they make, but Mr. Gattis needs to hire another buss person or two. The gaming area wasn’t bad, but the bumper cars aren’t bumper cars. They are drivable inner tubes that are so slow. The games are not very generous with tickets, and several were out of order. I don’t think I’ll go back, not even for a cheap birthday party. Just overall not a great experience. Most importantly though….the employees were extremely professional and courteous, which gave the overall rating an extra half point. Food and cleanliness on the other hand keep the rating pretty low. The pizza was just so so. Nothing gross with the pizza, but it was forgettable.

I have to second the comments on this page. It’s Sunday at 2:30. There is 3-4 pizzas with 1-3 pieces each on them. People leave tables a mess and staff can’t keep up with cleaning. Appears way understaffed or employees are not efficient when working. I’m not sure. Upsets me that patrons are also inconsiderate and leave huge messes at tables. We’re talking whole pieces of pizza on the floor. Not asking people tototally disinfect area, but have some respect and teach your children the manners of cleaning up after themselves. Total disregard for restaurant and its employees.
Not the same anymore. Family ate there a few days ago. Pizza was lacking. Lots of empty pans or only 1 or 2 slices on pan. No silverware on salad bar. Salad bar used to be good, but now variety has gone way down. Prices were lowered, but now you are charged for drinks so price is basically the same but less quanity and quality. Games – had to get someone to fix several of the games. Half were not working properly.
Horrible- would never recommend for a kids party. My party room for my little boy was supposed to be ready at 130 all my guests were there and waiting finally half an hour later we were finally let in our tiny room most of my guests had to sit in the regular rooms because the room was so small. The light in the room was flickering and going on and off the whole time we asked the party helper if they could fix it? She returned and said she told her manager but she blew it off and walked off so I personally asked the manager if they could come fix it concisedring I had already paid for the party she came in and was very rude telling us we would have to move the tables we said ok she went and got a man that was on kruches he was just as rude as she was. Telling us if we want the lights fixed we need to leave all of our guests need to leave the room I asked if we could get moved to another room he said no they are booked. There were only 2 pizzas on the buffet and salad was thrown all over the salad bar. And last but not least we were accused of stealing some kids cake toppers? That we had bought from our bakery and were taped to the top of our box.
This place really needs an upgrade. 4 out of 7 bumper cars work. Every time we come games are broke & even take your money. The pizza has really gone down hill.
Great – if you’re 12 years old and are there to play games. Pizza is cardboard, blecch.
