  I don’t know how this place has good reviews! I’ve tried this place three different times. Three times I was disappointed. The first time I got a California chicken sandwich and they forgot my avocado, and our waitress took forever to check on us and forever to bring the avocado that was supposed to be on my sandwich initially, since that’s what the menu says and despite the fact that her section wasn’t at all busy. But she did give excellent service to a friend of mine sitting at another table because I’m sure she knew he’s a decent tipper (not that I’m not, I’m in the service industry) the second time I went with a bigger group and got one beer, which took 15-20 minutes to receive, by the time I got it, I was ready for my ticket. Good thing I wasn’t thirsty. The third time, my boyfriend ordered the Club sandwich for himself and the waitress brought a California chicken sandwich? I don’t know how the two get confused. A club sandwich is pretty much the same wherever you go. He also ordered a California chicken sandwich–again for me and it was to go, and on the menu it says it’s supposed to come with chips. It didn’t come with anything, I didn’t even bother calling since I already hate this place, and I highly doubt management would’ve done anything. They didn’t forget the pickle though, which is confusing, how do you give a pickle but forget the chips the sandwich is supposed to come with. I know how to give good service and I try to cut other servers some slack, but when I get bad service and mistakes with my food on multiple occasions, it’s irritating to the point my boyfriend and I will not be returning. Do not waste your time here, this place blows and their waitresses are mediocre at best.

  This place has the best burgers in town! Me and my family love to eat here. This place also has a good atmosphere and the staff is really nice and helpful
