The condition of the men’s room was the equivalent of a porta potty at a construction site. The dining room floor was also filthy and the service was painfully slow. I could have learned conversational Japanese in the time it took to get a California roll. The food is pretty good though.
Great sushi, great atmosphere, great resturant. Recommend to anyone.
Asked For Green Tea And Got Lipton. Ordered Miso Soup And Got Chicken Soup Broth. My Friends Meal Was Brought To Table After We Finished Appetizer And I Finished My meal.
I went over there on Saturday night, it was very busy for them I guess, so I had a little wait for my food but the sushi was really good. Worth of the wait.
Not my favorite. Rude. Mediocre Sushi. The gent making the sushi…rude, unhappy and very unwelcoming. He griped out his staff right in front of us about pricing. All that aside, sushi was MEH. I had to ask for a plate, chop sticks, the rest of my order, more tea, etc. if you are gonna charge me $50.00 for mediocre sushi, at least kiss up a little please.
My family went to Ohanas tonight and all my party was not there. They were 5 minutes away and they would not seat us to wait for our other person. They said they only seat full parties which is not true because we were there lady Friday And they seated a partial party and the rest of the party arrived later. Tonight the hostess gave our spots up to the party that came in after us and it was the last 5seats available. The person we were waiting for was in the parking lot. We left and will never go here again. We were frequent customers.
Awesome sushi. Havent had a bad experience yet!.. We go there often, and yes Lubbock is a college town so Im sure there are pockets of the unintelligent employed throughout the city. Overall great sushi, best fried rice Ive had, period. If you like sushi you have to try the Sweet Crunchy Eel and Tuna Ta-Taki..On Point!
