Went with my family last night, the first time we’d been here in years. The food was average as expected (I was raised by an Italian mother so my bar is pretty high). Our waiter wasn’t too bad, except he served my daughter a drink in a clearly cracked glass. The worst part of the evening however was the music. They were playing Jazz! I hate jazz and would’ve gone elsewhere except you can only hear it in the dining room and by then we were all starved! For me personally it ruined the evening. Yes, I hate jazz that much. What Italian restaurant plays jazz anyway?

My wife, daughter, and I stopped in here about a year ago. Absolutely horrible! I ordered the lobster ravioli. The obviously frozen ravioli smelled and tasted like a rancid fish-market display case before it is cleaned at the end of the day. My wife ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce was curdled. Just picture what it looks like when a baby spits up formula; that was the consistency of the sauce. The smell and flavor wasn’t much better. We returned our dishes and left immediately. The food at this place indicates a very poorly managed kitchen that is downright dangerous. Blech!

Service was good but food quality wasn’t as good as I expect. Went around 4:30 yesterday and it was pretty busy for this early in the evening. It was very loud where we sat. The entire section was full. Sangria was $22 and tasted like cherry koolaid. Will not order again. Ordered sampler with calamari (excellent) and two servings of stuffed mushrooms. My husband normally loves them. They were dry and lacked flavor. Not sure if they left off the butter or what. I ordered the Ravioli di Portobello, as usual. It was good but they were skimpy on sauce. We got our check and then were brought a second version. The second check had someone else’s desserts in it so we had to come back in after realizing it was wrong. The manager was very nice to correct it. Hopefully the food was just off last night. Still disappointed that we spent $75 on so so food.03 Jan, 2014Last few times we’ve been here, the service hasn’t been great. They were out of portobello ravioli when we went last weekend. It’s Olive Garden, but nothing special. I dislike it that I find an entree I like and they either get rid if it (crab ravioli) or are out.

A little disappointed. Let me preface this that I haven’t been to an OG in a looong time so when I made a trip to LBB I was determined to go. However, the worst part wasn’t the food, but the service. Even though we were seated quickly with no wait, our server was a bit meh — he delivered drinks, but no straws and we had to ask for them. I ordered an Italian soda, no cream, but received cream, it was good though so I didn’t care. The salad came out late w/o breadsticks and our entrees were brought out before the appetizers, which we then wanted taken off. He said that was cool, but some 10min later they were out — we didn’t touch them (partly because they didn’t look appetizing at all) and expected them to be comp’d then (the bill showed they hadn’t and we asked again to have them taken off). The saving grace!! Was that the food was delicious. I ordered the spicy shrimp and my friend ordered the tilapia; both delicious and well cooked. The kid in are party ordered chicken fingers but the only sauces they had available were marinara and alfredo (Asked for marinara, got alfredo) why would they offer chicken fingers, but not have ketchup or bbq sauce available? Doesn’t make sense to me. Also, the server for a table ahead of us was either chewing gum or eating while working, which is not okay in my book (also she brought out wine samples, but didn’t know which they were…) So, the service could’ve been a lot better, but I’d probably go again because the food was delicious.

Service was meh. Waiter didn’t bring the correct drinks to us and was less than helpful. Won’t be back. Food was aweful.

Unlmited pasta. . .. . . . is something Americans do not need. I will admit to liking their salad. The huge, bland portions of pasta are terrible.

Worst experience with Olive Garden EVER!. My fianc and I went into Olive Garden last night, we usually have a great experience but last weekend was terrible, it toke the waiter about 15 to 20 minutes to get to us, which it wasn’t that busy when we came in and he only had one other table, and my fianc got the wrong beer and it was warm, and then the guy stated that the draft beer wasn’t avaliable because it got to hot through out the day. We had our appetizer and the calamari was soggy and wasn’t very good, and then came the bread which tasted like it was over cooked and in the oven for hours, and then our meals came we both ended up getting the same meal, the shrimp Mezaluna, we usually love this dish, but last night I had one bite and spit it out, the sauce was nasty, and had no flavor what so ever and I know there are tomatoes in the sauce but there were so many tomatoes I thought they cut up a whole tomato and just threw it on there, and there was no seasoning in the sauce, I can make better sauce then they did. Also when I stated that it was the most disgusting meal I have ever had he said that its probably because it has been sitting out ALL DAY! How disgusting, and didn’t even offer to send his manager by and reimburse us. I will never be going back to this Olive Garden again. I’d rather go down the street to the fast food Italian place, Fazolis!
