They serve amazing Fajitas and enchiladas! I’m a big fan of their food! The fajitas were so soft and tasty. It was easily good for two people. Quantity is amazing too!
Went to on the border for lunch, and it was not busy at all. Got the tempura battered stuffed jalapenos for the app and the all you can eat enchiladas for the entree. Man the jalapenos were big and fat and we’re crazy good! My wife and I shared, which after blasting through many chips and the app, we were nearly full. Enchiladas were okay I guess. Didnt much like the spinach ones. I thought the spinach would have been chopped up and mixed with something else like cheese and tomato or jalapenos but it was basically only big leaves of whole spinach. The beef was better, and the chicken was alright as well. The corn tortillas they used just didn’t taste good, and the texture was off a little. They tasted steamed instead of baked or broiled. Also had guacamole live, which is typically good every time. If it weren’t for the stuffed jalapenos, rating would be down a bit. Not sure why I went for the enchiladas at a restaurant. That was my mistake. Not that they were gross, but just so vanilla I guess. It’s like when you want a phenomenal taco then you go to taco Bell and get one, and you’re let down some cuz it’s not phenomenal. Should have gotten brisket tacos or 2 orders of the app we got. Service was great. No issues there. Will go back next time I’m in town.
