I’m from Pittsburgh Pa which is not an elitist city so trust me when I say that Lubbock, Texas is a backwater town. I have lived in Maryland and Ohio so I know country when I see it. Had to ask for silverware when seated. Also asked for more bread which never came. I haven’t eaten yet so I hope the situation improves. FYI, I’ve eaten at the outback restaurant in Toledo Ohio and everything about it such as the service, ambiance, and wait staff were far above the outback in Lubbock. In short, don’t eat here if you have other options .
