Gluten-Free Pancakes. Amazing, freshly-made griddle cakes that were carefully prepared for a highly sensitive GF me. They were so good, I ordered another short stack to take home across state lines!

I love it! Great service, waitress constantly checking on us, fantastic food, and a good home-town feel to it. Plus sometimes there are popular athletes there! I will definitely be going back!

I don’t know why people make a big deal about this place. I went there twice and I was disappointed both times.

Best breakfast. When I found out we were going to be in Lubbock for the day, I immediately went online to look for places to eat. I came across this gem and was pretty excited for it- although there was a brief moment of panic when I realized the google reviews were years old- so I called that morning at 6AM-ish just to check. Still open. Maybe because it was so early in the morning (we got their basically at opening) but the service, the food, everything was really great. Our server was cheerful despite the early hour and attentive and explained the menu for us. The pancakes were delicious, just the right size, and the eggs are made to order, none of that pre-made egg constitute- plus the server was really flexible in getting sausage added to mine after we ordered) . The omelet my friend ordered was delicious as well, especially with a little salsa. Warning: you will leave full! I was surprised at how content I was with the meal, I didn’t even have toe at until way alter in the day. This place is definitely delicious and we’ll definitely be going back there when in Lubbock!

Great Breakfast!. We had a staff meeting at The Pancake House this morning. I haven’t been there is years. I had the scambled eggs. The eggs, large slab of ham, biscuit and gravy. Everything was great. All of us were happy.

Amazing homestyle feel. Food is made fresh and per order. Tastes like a home cooked breakfast. DEFINTELY A MUST GO!!!

I stopped in and ended up getting their Chicken Fried Steak special. It was probably a 2-3 minute wait for my food so I was a bit worried it wouldn’t taste good. Glad I was wrong. The portion was just right and everything on the plate made for a cohesive meal. The cabbage was tender but not mushy and the black eyed peas with bacon pieces were great. Alongside homemade mashed potatoes, a fluffy roll, and a tender steak, this was a quick yet delicious lunch. They also included a modest portion of cake. This place truly has southern hospitality and is an establishment I’ll be returning to in the future.
