My go to Chinese food place. Clean, friendly, good quality and hassle free. Consistency could be a little better. Pei Wei spicy I ordered all the time ranges from too dry, perfect to soupy but they ALWAYS make it right.
Good food, meh service. Every time I have eaten here the food has been good. If you are with a group of four or more, don’t expect to get your food at the same time. In every occasion half of our group had to wait 10-15 minutes before their food was served. Timing doesn’t matter because we have gone when it’s busy and we have gone when it’s dead. The service experience has been the same.

Was good in the past, but lately things have changed…. Maybe this place has changed management? We often order the vietnamese chicken salad rolls. On a recent lunch visit, the rice wrappers were very chewy and tough. This was our second try at Pei Wei after an incident 2 weeks ago that resulted in our lunch being free. It took them 45 min to bring out my mom’s salad! So they said the order got lost and gave us our money back.

Splendid!. By far the best Thai food ever. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the restaurant does not look unhygienic. My wife loves their Pad Thai and I’m a great fan of the Teriyaki Chicken. One of our favorite hangouts.
Pei Wei is awesome. The Lubbock Pei Wei is not. I love going to Pei Wei when I’m in Fort Worth or Austin but the one in Lubbock is terrible. Inconsistent food, takes forever, poor service
