I just ate a calzone from pinocchios and its been a few yrs since I’ve eaten there and tonight it was really good I’ve seen the bad reviews on here and from my experience I don’t think the other people’s experiences r a fair representation
Tasted like cardboard. Ordered a carryout pizza tonight. A medium with two toppings cost $12! I wanted to give this place a try – I’m always looking to support non-chain restaurants, but I was really disappointed. Pizza was barely warm when I arrived to pick it up. Their original crust is similar to a thin crust, but it was definitely not crisp like one would expect. Instead it was kind of soggy and really chewy, almost like chewing on leather. Overall, a disappointing experience. Will not be ordering from here again. Maybe I just picked a bad day.
TERRIBLE! This used to be one of my favorite pizzas in town. The last several times it has been almost inedible. Tonight it took them over an hour to deliver it and the pizza had entire areas with no toppings. After calling and complaining the supervisor told me they’d give me my money back in a couple days. I will not be ordering from them again. Ever.
Great Pizza!. I decided to give Pinocchio’s a try since I hadn’t been there in years. My family would drive to Lubbock and eat Pinocchio’s years ago when they had multiple locations. I always loved their pizza. I called and found out that they only have one location, so I grabbed my son and we drove to 4th and the Loop for a try. We got there and discovered that they have a buffet. It was just as good as I remembered and my son said it was the best pizza he has had in Lubbock. Each and every different kind was just great. The cinnamon dessert pizza was just crazy delicious. We will be driving across town for more Pinocchio’s when we have the pizza urge. Great service and great pizza.
