Our First Visit. After reading some of the reviews, not sure taking our breakfast group to eat. What a great treat for all 12 people. The service was very timely, orders all correct, and the breakfast food very nice!!! We would all go back next time. Cindy was one of the best serving us and a pleasure, smile, and very professional.
Great Food and Service. Great Food ! Have been there three times in two weeks and have loved it. There Huevos Ranchero s are the best. Staff is super friendly and portions are extremely large.
Went for lunch at 1130 ordered breakfast. They were busy but we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food. We saw 5 other tables get there food. We kept asking and we’re told it will be a sec. We waited and waited then they brought the food and it was all cold. We told another waitress and she took the food back and it was apparent that they reheated it and it was so dry you couldn’t eat it. I asked 3 times for the manager and she never came out. This was the worst service I have had. The waitress did not put our order in. Would not recommend to anyone. Their bathrooms were both clogged up so you had to go thru the kitchen to use one.
I used to be a regular at Rain, the food is good on a night when I don’t feel like cooking. However the service lately has not been way below expectations. The last time I ate there the waitress was snobby, and couldn’t get the order right, and when I needed a refill she only filled my glass up half way. I am no longer a regular at this place.
Skip the BLT. Very dry and lack of vegetables. Just meh.
Great service and good food. We went to Rain Cafe after driving 300 miles. I was tired and overly hungry. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was quick and good. We will visit again.
Bad service. Went into rain cafe with two of my friends. We were told to sit wherever and got a waitress named filipita who was really flirty and was trying too hard for her tip. Then I heard her talking to another waitress about a customer who was eating there. Someone like that should not be employeed if they talk about customers. Food was pretty good and the service was there just didn’t like the flirty sick looking waitress that talked about customers. Cost Is pretty high. I would not be going back anymore.
