Slooooooooooooooow service. Below average food. $150 for 3 people a joke for an F rated experience.
Oh please don’t spend your hard earned money here , poor on all accounts and needs updating so so bad or just a good cleaning!
This red lobster has the most amazing service . We been in town a few weeks and we keep going back for the service alone ! The food was also very good ! I’ve been to many red lobsters all over this one by far out ranks the others.
There wasn’t anything that would make me give this place a thumb’s down. My waitress was a trainee but didn’t seem like it. For an app, I got their Lobster Pizza. It was good. Crispy crust, just the right amount of cheese, and a modest amount of langoustine. A bit greasy in some areas but not bad. The Caesar salad was a little overdressed but edible. As far as the entre, it was decent. The Garlic Shrimp Scampi was piping hot yet not overlooked. The Clam Strips weren’t overly fried like other places; tasty. I did have a problem with the mashed potatoes though. The scooped out portion may have been left under the warming lamp too long and a crust formed over it. Other than that, the biscuits were great as always and my sweet tea was always topped off in a timely manner. Not the best of meals but no major problems either.
So Overdone…. I’m so done with Red Lobster, it’s one of those places you think are nice when you’re thinking of a nice place to eat, then you walk in, and it’s like Captin Geech and the Shrimp Shack Shooters made a restaurant, and apart from the amazing Cheddar Bay Biscuits, I can make better fish from home. You pay 60$ for two, and you eat just as good as you could somewhere else. Needless to say, I’m not a fan and it’s so over done, it’s not the 90’s any more, just go away Red Lobster…
Terrible service. Our waitress seemed extremely disinterested in us. Our order got screwed up a few times and we waited forever to get it fixed. Presentation was horrible as well.
An unusually aggravating experience. The new renovations make the outside look great, but the inside is awkward. They also kept the dirty carpet. Our waiter was awesome, but the other waiters were cleaning relentlessly all around us. It felt like closing time even though it definitely was not. They cleaned the lamps, the wall partitions, and used the rolling sweeper for so long and next to guests that it was driving us mad. We asked the waiter if this was normal and he said management makes them do that. I got up and spoke to the manager, and he defended himself saying that other patrons can be very picky and expect a constantly clean space. I tried to inform him that yes, a large mess should be tended to, but a complete wash of the whole restaurant should be after hours or before service. He said he would make sure no one cleaned around us. But they did later. Lastly, the music they now play is too loud and most of it is wailing and moaning to an acoustic guitar. Very awkward as well.At least the food was delicious as usual.
