Worst customer service ever. A friend and I recently visited this shop, after my friend had already had a very negative experience earlier that day. The same ‘manager’ that was there earlier was there again, and of course he still had the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed. I believe he may even be on drugs (certainly not the kind the shop caters to) because he was extremely paranoid, agitated, and ‘tweeky’. When my friend was there earlier in the day she witnessed the man treating a new employee in a very negative manner, pretty much the same way he treated us. We found out when we went back that the employee had been ‘fired’. Our advice is to definitely take your business elsewhere. If this company leaves guys like this in charge of their shop, then they are not worth giving your hard-earned money to. If you can’t get it at another smoke shop in Lubbock, order in online. It’s not right to let someone get away with that behavior in a business that you are spending money in. And no, it is not just this location of Smokehead that has bad customer service, this one is just the worst that we have encountered.
