THIEVES work here.. do not eat here. We were the last people to leave the restaurant, I was actually the last one to pay. I got in my car and noticed I had left my polo hat on the table. I realized and turned back.. not even 5 minutes went by. Once I got inside and asked for my hat they questioned if I was even wearing one.. they all looked at me crazy and said no one had seen a hat.
Been here 3 times. First time, it was super crowded and our waiter was a but rude, but the food was pretty good and the price is wonderful. Second time, no complaints. 3rd time, they ignored when we came in, finally after a couple of minutes, a waiter noticed we were standing there, and he said someone would be with us shortly. After a few more minutes, a girl comes over and shows us a table, but she was not hospitable at all. Our waitress was friendly, but I ended telling her 3 times that I wanted my shake to go, and I ended up getting it in a regular glass, and when I corrected her, she seemed a bit annoyed. Also they didn’t include our shake in the original ticket, even though I told her I was going to order one to go when she first came over, so we lost some kind of lunch discount because of her mistake. The burgers and fries were good, but not great, but I really like their seasoning that they have on the table for the fries.
The worst service ever! Rude! I will never go there again! Not good food and not worth the awful customer service skills! You can get better food anywhere else!
Pretty good, cooked to order, so don’t go to drive up if you’re in a hurry. Food is good and prices aren’t bad at all. Update: don’t go with a big group. They can’t split order very well at register. My daughter was with her Vollyball team and it took 20 minutes for her and they still couldn’t do it. She got comped but it was nuts the way they were doing it.
Worst Service!!!!!!!. We won’t be returning to this establishment! Each time we have been the drive thru has been super slow! We have waited for 45 minutes each time and each time have left without ordering. We have given this establishment enough of our time we will NOT be returning.
Food good, drive through bad. My family enjoys the good and the shakes here. We normally do not have time to sit down inside. But going through the drive through might actually take longer than eating inside! The people at the drive through are bout normally friendly and find a reason not to use a coupon. we eat out about three to five times a week and Steak and Shake won’t be one of our places here on out.
Great place to eat!. This place is awsome! Great food and great service. Great prices as well. Must eat there.
