I love Steak and Shakes in general. I’ve grown up on them. And been to more Steak and Shakes than I can count. I had never been to a Steak and Shake I did not like until this one. I tried over and over to like this one. Been there several times. The service is always bad, the restaurant is generally not very clean, the food is sometimes ‘ok’ but never ‘good’, and the staff seems unprofessional. It is such a disappointment. After each terrible experience I think I’ll wait a couple months and maybe some regional management will come thru and fix whatever is wrong. So far, no luck.
If your in a hurry I would not recommend this particular steak and shake. Unorganized, slow, and a place full of no work ethic. If I owned this place I would probably fire all employees and start over.
