If I could mark less I honestly would!Everything from the extended wait, to the quest that was so watery it might as well have been soup, to the order being wrong, the salad tasing horrible (how do you mess up lettuce?!), and to the service being so bad that Im waiting for someone to come by and ask if the food was even right, to the point that it got cold. Management had to have been aware but not once did anyone ever ask how is it. Well now ya know. Hype for a complete letdown. Never again.
The food at Teddy Jack is your standard grill fare. We started with the triple dipper which was tostado chips with guacamole, queso, and salsa. Guacamole was good but queso was processed and a tad too salty. The salsa seemed fresh but was a little sweeter than I like. I had a taco salad and everything was fresh. Whole pinto beans instead of refrained. The jalapeo ranch was great. The others had ten1/2 teddy burger and found them satisfying and big. Kudos to the onion rings. The service was good and the vibe was casual. We sat at a booth but the back area did look like a great place to enjoy a beer.
