First rate coffee and incredible breakfast croissant sandwich (flaky with crisp bacon and excellent flavor). Espresso is real fresh ground and pulled and food & ambience much better than Starbucks or United. A great high quality cafe in suburban Lubbock.
The Bistro is under new management and has a whole new menu. They still offer breakfast and lunch, but the chef is the same as at Rain (classy Italian joint around the corner). The food is good and plenty at this daytime cafe. They have good traditional coffee drinks as well as some sweet drinks and homemade European style pastries.
