Good BBQ, had the Brisket and the jalapeo sausage. The sausage needed a little more fat however the spices where good and it was a good sausage. The Brisket, nice bark, really nice bark, the Brisket cut like butter and had a good smoke ring. A bit on the dry side and lacked seasoning, but very good Brisket. I’ve tea of course!! Next time in Lubbock a repeat.
