Hard to review… The BBQ is great, I love the meats. All of them. I hate that the sandwiches are so small that I need to eat 3 and spend $15 for lunch – because of the price I only go once every 2-3 months…

Unique and delicious. We stopped by looking for a quick lunch in between baseball games. It isn’t really an eat in place, although there are school desks lining the walls. Your choices are lean brisket and regular brisket. So, we chose the regular brisket, but it was nice and lean and moist. Delicious! The sauce is in a center island with pickles and onions. The sauce has a very distinct flavor, kind of smokey and tangy, but I loved it. It reminded me of Shorty’s in Miami. We are definitely going to try and get back there if we are in town.

Best Quick BBQ in Lubbock. Bingo’s has been in Lubbock a long time and has been great for what I remember of them for at least the past 20 years. Their chopped brisket sandwiches are packed to the brim with meat and a do it yourself toppings bar so you can make your sandwich how you want it. This tiny spot gets packed everyday. Hurry though, once they run out for the day they close.

Chop brisket is old school . Like the simple menu chop brisket , ham, sausage, chips .

Classic old school BBQ the brisket was really good liked the simple menu and items sandwich and chips. No sauce to cover just good Texas style. Sauce was available but not necessary.

We finally meet after all these years!. I have heard from different people over the years that the chopped brisket sandwiches here are the best…so after managing forall my years in Lubbock to never have eaten here I finally made a point to do so. When parking you will immediately notice that the place is small. Really not the kind of place if you want to eat at a leisure place during your lunch hour. More of a eat on the run kind of joint. Old school desks are lined against the walls with minimal table top space for enjoyable dining. The menu also is bare bones. Really the ONLY thing to eat here is the BBQ brisket sandwich which I must say was wonderful in flavor. Possibly the best in town I have had. I definately will return.
