I Want Pie. After lunch I decided to stop by at Love Bugs to pick up a pie since they were advertised in the window. I took a look at the wide selection of cupcakes in their display cases but did not see any pies. The friendly proprietor came out from the back wiping her hands on a towel. When I asked her about pies, she told me that she and her employees are in the middle of wedding season right now and they are spending all of their time on wedding cakes. Pies need to be ordered in advance. They usually have plenty of pies during the holiday season. I wanted pie at that moment though. I thanked her for the information and left. By the way, the cupcakes were of normal size . I did not catch the price so I couldn’t tell you if it was a good deal or not.

Not Impressed. The cupcakes were $2.50 each, very small, tasted like box cake, the icing was thin and tasted like it was made with crisco. The lemon cupcake had no flavor and had a thick glob of lemon in the middle and the chocolate had no chocolate flavor in the cake or the icing – very disappointed especialy considering the price.
