By far the worst chicken fried chicken. The gravy and potatoes were supposed to be white but they were both brownish and tasted gross. The chicken was obviously frozen and tasted freezer burned. I asked the manager and showed him and he agreed that something was wrong. They still charged me full price, I’m not one to throw a fit so I just paid for it but I will never return. Plus the place smells really bad. Needs a good cleaning.
It’s a Chain! Surprised?. My daughters like the macaroni and cheese and olives which is the ONLY reason we eat here. The salad is awesome too! I don’t really know how to review the food of OG because it’s a chain and I don’t wish to over think it. Its a better OG, I’ve had issues with over cooked pasta and the management changed it right away no questions asked. I guess over all, it’s a swell place for the family. Not spectacular but it’s a chain! Why should it be? I’m Mouth Likey and I approve this message! : )
Olive Garden go hard
My favorite og
Olive Garden is one of my fax places to eat! A little pricey but really good! Service there is great most of the time lol
Heres the pitch, swing and a miss!. What a turn off, Boy when we were seated then greeting and was just ladled with all sorts of gratitude for coming in, I really felt welcomed, but after the wine sales pitch. And declining a glass, the service took a 180 degree turn. I literally felt humiliated in front of my family, everyone at the table noticed, service was so uncomfortable after that i couldn’t even look my server in the eyes anymore. I’m not sure what the perk is for the server to sell wine, but don’t act like i just ran over your dog if i decline. If anyone has read any of my other reviews they know. I like to get my drink on, but O.G. is place that price gouges for drinks. And I do not like that! You would think they would be happy with their profit margin for a plate of noodles with alfredo sauce for $11.50. Honestly, $40.43 for Salad and soup for two, noodles with sauce and a $2.55 tea and a bottle of dressing $4.65. Nuts! The good thing is, i wont be cheating on my go to Italian restaurant anymore, sorry Carino’s i wont do that anymore.
Of all the things we need in Mansfield, we get a f’n OG. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, or stay home and open a can of spaghetti-o’s. I do not understand the appeal of this place. Insipid bland Italian-like food camouflaged by hot breadsticks. Carino’s and Carrabas are far better if you’re looking for chain Italian, or go to a fine independent like La gondola, Napoli, or others.
