We tried Palio’s while visiting family in the DFW area. I don’t think that I can say enough good things about this place. Since there were quite a few of us there that night, we had the ability to order several different types of pizza. We tried the Quatro Formagio, The King, Pepperoni, Cheese, and Beef pizzas. All of them were absolutely delicious but I do think my favorite was the King. The drinks are self serve so you don’t have to wait on refills which is nice. Though there wasn’t a lot of interaction with staff after ordering, they were all extremely nice and helpful during our visit. I would definitely go back and would absolutely recommend this place.

Burned crust and tough like rubber!. Our family has been there many times. This particular Friday night the phone rand and rang with no one answering. Dialed several times and then let the phone ring off the wall. Finally, someone did answer. The guy had no clue how to write a pizza order, repeating numerous times what type of pizza we wanted. Husband picked up the pizza. When we opened the pizza it was dried out from being over baked with a burned crust tough as rubber! Very disappointing!!!

Good, but not great…very salty pizza. I am gluten free and have been for 4 years. I eat gluten pizza pizza all over the country and was looking forward to trying this one after seeing some of the positive reviews. I drug my family quite a ways away from where we were visiting and the meal was a disappointment. The two guys at the counter were very helpful and knowledgeable but the pizza was not cooked enough and therefore soggy. SMART FLOUR and their pizza crusts are the way to go. They are GF and Vegan…taste amazing and you don’t have recreate the wheel and make your own dough that is substandard. The only positive thing about this pizza is that you can order them in all the sizes.
