Burgers and Breakfast!. I’ve been eating the burgers and sandwiches here and now they’re open for breakfast. Their specialty is the custom omelets. The Philly Cheesesteak, the Ruben, Meatball, King Ranch… Whatever they have in the kitchen, they will stuff into an omelet.
Not Our Sandwich Shop. We ordered the Bird, Club, and Chipotle Veggie. We moved to Mansfield recently and have been looking for a sandwich shop—it isn’t going to be this place. Thankful, we used a Groupon so at least we didn’t pay full price. But, even with the discount, I think we paid too much. The Bird:This was the best of what we ordered. Nothing special and no sauce that would make it better than you could make yourself with normal grocery store items. The Club:This was pretty horrible. It tasted like cheap Wal-Mart lunch meat, cheese, and vegetables thrown on a less than average bun. I’ve had better sandwiches from cafeterias. The Chipotle Veggie:This quality of this sandwich was along the same lines of the club. Also, the menu online states the sandwich comes on marble rye—-it was on wheat. The menu states it comes with guacamole and pico de gallo and the sandwich didn’t have either. The menu also lists this sandwich as coming with baked chips and it had normal (fried) chips. Also…ALL the items cost more than the menu listed. We ordered everything to go so we didn’t realize this until we made it home. Overall we were pretty disappointed. We won’t be going back.
First 2 times I came here it was good but now I will not return. The meat was a frozen patty and wasn’t cooked all the way.
LUNCH TIME!!! This place …. LUNCH TIME!!!This place is great! It was our first time at uncle Bo’s and it was a great experience. We used a groupon that was bought a few days before and it was well worth it. They have so much to choose from. The flaming burgers are the best along with their uncle Bo’s famous fries.
My brother, his girlfriend and I stopped by today to check out uncle bo’s. As soon as we walked in we were greatest with a hearty welcome and a good ol’ fashion Texas handshake. Their food is so good, the price is even better!. Definetly, without a doubt my favorite place to eat now. And the menu is phenomenal! Anything that’s good american food they have. I will be back, and I am spreading the word to everyone I know. Im just so impressed.
Lunch time today. My son and I went to Uncle Bo’s because we had a Groupon, and it was close to his work. I had the Blue Cheese burger basket and it was great. Nice people work there and we had a friendly visit with Randy Hasten, the owner. I would go again!
I really like their fresh hot hamburgers and sweet potato fries. Quick service for lunch or dinner. They even have birthday gift certificates. Really friendly people working there.
