  Rude staff and dirty restaurant. The staff was rude when I called to place a to go order. Then I asked if I could make it seperate orders since I work in an office and she declared that I could not. I ordered vegetable low mein and the lady wanted to charge me extra for mushrooms. That’s ridiculous

  Owners Must Not Care About Customes. Several years ago, this used to be the place to order from in Mansfield if you wanted good Chinese food. Not sure what has happened, but over the past year, our encounters with Ying Cafe have been terrible. Ridiculously long delivery times, sub par food , and bad customer service is a recipe to lose business quickly. They obviously don’t care because no effort is being made to turn things around. It just gets worse and worse.

  Worst customer service ever!. The worst customer service. Closed everyday from 3-5 even on weekends. Never answer phone when trying o order delivery. Asian lady at front desk extremely rude. They get good business because they are only one that delivers in Mansfeild and only one other restaurant o compete with. Hope another restuarant opens that delivers. I’m getting sick of them.
