You could see all the help staff just flying around providing top notch service.You could tell they had a passion to give their customers blue ribbon service.I would highly recommend it.
I ordered two steaks. Neither were cooked properly. They were very well done. The waiter appeared very rude. He only tried to be polite when bringing the check so I could fill in his tip. Zero tip. You could’ve at least tried to be somewhat courteous.
Fantastic food! Wonderful service! They served us even though the power went out right before we got there. The young server could have rightfully had a bad attitude about working the dark, but he served us with a wonderful attitude instead. I had the pasta combo which was wonderful!

Let me start off like this: I worked here since the place opened, it was a nice place I was a busser which wasn’t hard. The food is ok if you’re thinking about eating here do it at lunch the lunch specials are $2 less. Now let me shift the subject a bit. The owner Jackie( or co-owner) is also the chef, he’s also a huge bully. If you do see him or he comes to your table he will be very friendly and nice. But as soon as he goes to the kitchen he will yell at you for not doing your job, even if you are doing your job. He will fire you and beg for you back. He’s NOT a nice guy. Now some of the items on the menu are over priced: the steaks, taramisu, just about everything on the specialities menu. Now everyone who is a server are nice people they are very respectful and are down to earth. If your thinking about eating here try it it’s not for everyone but it is good. Eat the bread fast because it will get hard fast. I hope this review helps and I apologize about the rant.
Unethical. My college-aged daughter worked at Bella Sera in summer and they never paid her last paycheck (which also accrued bank charges as it bounced.) Absolutely no response even after many letters and calls. The owner acts family friendly to his customers, but must not be if this is the way he treats hard working, straight A students who do a good job for him.
Very good and fresh. Had lasagna and salad. Lunch deals are a steal. We often eat here and enjoy the simple atmosphere. My friends took us here, or we would probably have never tried it.
