Still the same after 45 years. Just visited Inman’s Ranch House in Marble Falls, TX after nearly 45 years (sadly live on the East Coast). Still the same, which is fantastic. I’ve been looking for anything like it my whole adult life, and as of yet have not found anything that compares (don’t get me wrong, there is some good BBQ out there, just not the same). The brisket is perfect, and the turkey sausage is way above everything else. Not a fancy place (in fact, pretty much the opposite of fancy), but that’s what I want in a BBQ joint.
