Customer. The food was great! But the service was the worst I have ever experienced! Our coffee was served in tea cups( he appologized they didn’t have any mugs left) took our Oder and never came back with our water. It took almost an hour for pancakes and a taco. After we ate we kept hoping someone would offer a refill. We gave up and some other waiter that we stopped and asked for a Togo box. Offered a refill on our tea?…and said he would get us a box thirty minutes later no one had come back. So my daughter stood in line to try and pay( we still had no ticket and no to go box!) as she paid she again asked for a to go box …I asked another server as he passed by if he could get me one and he just walked away. When asked if the service was always this bad. He went and brought me a box and we still didn’t have our ticket.needless to say we didn’t leave a tip!I have never had such poor service anywhere! It’s really a shame it’s a cute little place and the foods good but….I won’t go back and would never in courage any of my friends or family to go there. I’m not sure if it’s poor management or poor traing or both.they weren’t overly busy and staff was wrapping silver wear. I was really disappointed !
Fabulous food. I love that tea Thyme offers delicious and nutritious food choices. The staff is excellent as well.
Overall worth it. Grilled pastrami was outstanding, grilled turkey ok but nothing special, avocado tacos was just green sauce and disappointing, Salad bar just usual, cookies good.
A locals opinion. I have been going to Tea Thyme cafe since it opened and have tried almost everything on their menu and I have not had one meal that I did not love. They also have a great salad bar..I give it thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best ever. Visited Horseshoe Bay from Scottsdale, AZ and someone suggested Tea Thyme. We ate lunch there and came back every day, either for breakfast or lunch, and it was the highlight of our trip. Just wish there was a place like this in Scottsdale.
