Boudin Jalapeno Bread Kolache. Okay, we like sitting inside the building. The rest is good but no different than others. Its a good place to go. Not much more to say, it is good for what it does but nothing standout. Probably will not go back because better breakfasts elsewhere.That was our review 18 months ago or so. Since then, they have added at Louisiana customers requests a Boudin Kolache. You can get this regular or jalapeno bread. It is awesome when warmed up and eaten at the restaurant. The texture stands out= good kolache soft bread and good boudin without the casing are both soft and delicious. We will get again sometime= this is unique for us and stands out here compared to the other donut shops…..we also had a cinnamon bearclaw and an apple fritter and they were delicious but no different than other places.JG score of 4.5 (+1.5 for boudin kolache, +0.5 for atmosphere of old place with cool windows, +1 for price, +0.5 for bottle diet dr pepper, 0 for service and +1 for we will return for the kolache)
