Open Wednesday at new location, first weekend rush. Arrived at 8:50 seated and ordered by 9:10. We waited for about 45 minutes for our omelette. New location has less seating. As for the long wait I’ll give them a break due to just getting started.The food and service was great.03 Dec, 2014CLOSED. When we returned to the RGV we found the Country Omelette closed. Today I saw them putting their sign on a building about a block North on the same side of the street. I have no idea when they will reopen.Would have been nice if they had kept up their FaceBook page and let us know that they were just moving and not closing. Let us know when you will reopen.
