Delia’s has the best tamales in the area.. This is the place to come for affordable, great tasting, always fresh food, and great customer service. Delia’s does it the right way every time, they have never disappointed us!! If you want the best, go to Delia’s!!
Great homemade taste. None of the flavors have left me disappointed. But my favorites are chicken tamales and beans & cheese.
Just like homemade!. Usually, we only make tamales at Christmas so this is where we get them the rest of the year. Taste as good as homemade. I would be remiss in my duties as a tamale lover if I didn’t recommend the chicken and cheese tamales. One of only a few places that flavor their masa. Delicioso!
Good Tamales. Like the tamales. Order and pick-up for holidays and weekends once in awhile. Can’t go wrong – they taste great. Don’t forget the salsa’s. Fun for family gatherings.
Tamales or die. In one word, I would describe Delia’s as Pleasurable. Seriously…I can’t open up one of their hot, tender tamales without a smile. Try the corn tamales filled with slightly sweet ground corn, or the puerco guisado. Delias is known for their chicken, jalapeno and cream cheese tamales that are the best things on the face of the earth. Both my grandmother’s made homemade tamales on special occasions, and it’s hard work. Delias brings it back home using their hands to grind spices, and fold the tamales. I have had better tasting tamales, but not from a restaurant! Place your oders early during the holidays, because they are so busy, they have to close shop. I’m one of those idiots who got used to eating tamales with ketchup, but at Delias…I opt for hot sauce, or naked is just fine with me.
The place for tamales. Delia’s has the best tamales in the area. These are the real thing. They have the standards plus they have cream cheese and jalapeno. The latter is my favorite.
Best tamales period!
