Their tamales are decent enough, especially the bean and cream cheese varieties. Their red salsa is crack-like, so it’s no wonder they’re stingy as heck with it. They make you pay $5 to get an extra 8 oz.
Yum and what a deal. Really good tamales and sauces to go with them. I first went to the south McAllen location and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, so I left. I really wanted to try Delia’s so I drove to this location which was much nicer and the staff was friendly and helpful. Tamales lived up to the hype and couldn’t believe how inexpensive they were.
