Employees. I feel like sometimes restaurant owners don’t understand how important employees are to the eating experience. Why do you hire employees that are slow everybody at 10th St location in McAllen are carefree about people lunch hour and plus they like I argue on why they got your order wrong , who does that? No WONDER Taco Palenque kicks their butt. I came here cuz of the long line in Taco Palenque but regret it cuz I’m here at this place and it’s taking even longer that if I would of just waited at Palenque. Start hiring people that are a little smarter and have some sense of urgency and MAybe your numbers will be higher.

Mexican Fast Food. If you have been to one El Pato you have been to them all. The decor is a definite attempt to recreate the Mexican Cafe Look. My favorite is an order of patos (Flour tortilla filled with the food of your choice) with beans and Carne Guisada.MMMMM
