I’m going to give this deli an A+ for effort. This is not to say it’s execution was not there. The overall dining experience is very clean and peaceful. I drank an Iron Boost cold pressed juice that was very satisfying. I followed this with the vegan tamales with a side salad. The tamales were filling and they had a interesting/new taste. The two side sauces that came with it added a slight kick to the flavor. Some opportunities I would recommend is to highly inform your staff. Customers are coming into a restaurant that they know nothing about. They have countless of questions, including myself. I want to know what is in it, how it’s cooked, how it taste, what color is it, everything. Add some emphasis and interest to the discussion as well. Overall the product is good. It has a lot of potential. Take advantage of this new market and create a thorough process that makes the customer feel like they’re eating gold. #Go Vegan to save RGV health diseases.

Total rip off. SOOOO NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! Paid $10 for a sandwich that looked like it was built for a 4 year old. 2 measly slices of uber processed turkey, havarti cheese (spelled haverti on the menu) a shmear of avocado and a chipotle mayo that wss so bland it may as well not even been there. Side salad was nothing more than lettuce leaves and a mostly oil vinaigrette that was as bland as the chipotle mayo.
