Gross.. Don’t waste your money going here. The other reviews pretty much sum it up for me…. Next time I’m sent in to check out a Chinese buffet, I’m going to be much more critical. I just went on the fact that it didn’t smell bad when I walked in. That’ll learn me. I really needed to look more closely at the food…. fool me once. Only in South Texas are diners required to pay first. The fact that the restaurant was for sale should have also tipped me off that maybe we should go elsewhere. There went about an hours worth of work for me… wasted on nastiness that they hawk as food. YUCK.
There food is excellent I have eaten at chinese buffets thru out the U.S. and Hibatchi is the BEST . I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
I like this place because it carries a good amount of different kinds of sushi, seafood, and they also have a man that can cook raw fresh food in front of you. Kurai is my 1st favorite, and this place is my 2nd favorite. On the down side Hibachi is a little pricey! It’s a hit or miss… They don’t turn on the AC, so it’s very warm inside. This causes the cold foods to be warm also especially the Sushi. I had to spit out a sour piece of sushi. I ate here 4 or 5 times and its not getting any better. Probably wont be coming back anymore.
The food is really good and the service is great! To be honest the exterior of the building looks old and I almost didn’t go eat there. The inside is very nice and clean and the Buffett is well stocked. Very good experience!
The sushi bar alone is worth the price. The food was nothing special and I did not get a chance to eat some of the fresh made hibachi grill food. But the sushi selection was very good
