Unprofessional Management. I brought my three kids to Johnny Rockets tonight hoping to have a fun night out. We ordered two milkshakes and an order of fries. The server only brought two spoons for all of us and left before I could ask for more. We quickly found out that our table didn’t have napkins (looking around the restaurant, none of the tables did!). When I asked the server if he could bring any napkins, he only brought two…I felt like I had to beg to get anything I needed tonight.The milkshakes were small and very runny…and they charged $5.29 each!! After sharing my concerns with the manager, she turned to her boss who was standing nearby and started smiling/laughing. I really expected a more professional and inviting environment from JR. Not going back. Not worth the expensive, small and mediocre tasting milkshakes.
Meh. Food was ok. service was horrid. servers were slow, distracted and quite rude. based on what i saw from the manager i get why they think that kind of behavior is acceptable. not worth it to me.
Worst Service. Decided to eat at JR’s instead of Subway….big mistake! My husband had walked in w a Subway sub and was going to join me and my three girls. I understand it was from another rest., but I was paying for 4 meals already , and my husband was told no outside food allowed. We should have left because the food was fair, but worst of all the service was terrible. Never again , and will let everyone I know not to go there. Should have stayed at Subway. Save your time and money .
Disappointed, looks cool from the outside but don’t waste your time. The place is very small, the wait area is a 3ft spot in front of the door. They only had one waiter who was taking orders and cleaning while the other two waiters watched. The manager does not get out to help staff when packed. If a waiter has friends eating they will take care of them first before you even if you were there first. While packed and busy the owner told the manager to setup everyone for a dance instead of finishing taking orders. I won’t be going back for sure.
Very disappointed. Went to have dinner with the family know we had already been there before and the burgers were good but this time we were like ghosts no one acknowledge us not even to take our drinks we called on the waiter the waiter said just a minute and she told some other waiter to take our table he refused in a bad manner telling her he was busy the manager kept walking to the back never went to our table and after waiting for about 20min we decided to walk out and I called the manager and she had no idea we had just been there she responded with I don’t know what to say another thing the tables and floors were very messy they are not taking care of the restaurant like they should if this persists I predict they will soon be on channel 4 want not to eat ::(
Do NOT Waste your time or money. Expensive! Asked for well done and get raw Ask for no onions and comes with onionsWaiter cannot speak English or SpanishNever Again!
Shakes great…. Order only shakes and they brought it to me after 30 mins… shakes were good but staff was more worried about the dancing than customers…went last night, the server almost drop our shakes to go dance…then she was sitting down checking for more songs…manager was cleaning… had to ask another server to get me SPOONS…..then had to ask another server for my ticket….it took more than 10 mins to get ticket…have to work more on customer service
