the burger was raw. the chicken was overcooked. after sitting in the pass for 10 min and to top it off there were roaches. nobody asked how food was or thanked us for coming. it was a group of teenagers with 0 direction. everyone did everything and it was still bad. 0 customer service. this used to be the best burger joint. if notice undrer there word Here on the sign there’s a roach. multiple ppl walked by it and did nothing

This place sucks the manager here is just rude she has no respect the food isn’t worth the price and awful service if I were you I would stop by next door to kumories or subway you get better food cheaper and good service we all should just stop going here the meat wasnt cooked right my shake glass was dirty and the fries here suck I just wanna let it out there that you pay all this money for some fake meat
