I was really impressed with kiki’s!! Within a minute or two you’re served a bowl of delicious beans with chips with salsa !!!! My husband and I ordered kiki’s nachos and ribeyes both were delicious! !
Always get the 1/2 kilo of fajita, and i seriously cannot stop eating taco after taco even after im beyond stuffed!!! Make sure they get your order right on the phone, the staff can be a little sketchy getting orders wrong and sometimes taking a long a** time. Seriously sat down for 20 min waiting for an order when i went up to ask what was wrong it had been sitting there for 10 min. I couldn’t believe it. But I’m still coming back for more and that says a lot.
The order of 6 tacos with bistek, cilantro, fresh & sauted onions, queso fresco, & avocado is yummy. This is the only place I know of that serves tacos like these in the upper valley area. Their fajita parrillada is delicious as well. Alot of lean fajita meat with minimal squishy fat & connective tissue. Love this place! I only wish my workplace was closer so I could go for lunch everyday.
Big tacos $4.99, best taco deal in McAllen. Big problem though, understaffed. It takes 1 hour during lunch time to get 6 tacos. I hope they staff up, 1 more cook, waiter, etc, because this place could turn tables faster and serve more people if they did.
