Edinburg location. First time customer. Staff are apparently not trained in cleanliness. Disgusting. I needed tops for the salsas so I asked the employee that I could see through the open door cleaning a toilet. She quickly grabbed some, without washing her hands, and handed them to me. I was so shocked I was unable to speak. I left the salsas there but did try the chicken trusting that the kitchen staff were not as dirty. Chicken was edible but unremarkable, nothing that would be worth going out of your way for. I liked that they mixed the rice and beans together although also unremarkable. I suppose we all take our chances eating out.

Great. Pollito Grill Chicken is great place to go eat. The food is healthy and it has a very special delicious seasoning. The one in San Juan is already open. It’s a bigger place, the atmosphere is good. Its a great place to take the family and the service is good too. I recommend it 100% !

Great!. Was very surprised at how good the chicken was. The sides are not all that great but the chicken is incredible. Highly recommend you try it.
