Worst Service..will not go back. So I have never experienced such blatant rudeness at a restaurant. the server seemed bothered by our requests, even going so far as to lie about not having ice cream for milkshakes (a different server brought a milkshake to a customer who had arrived after my bf and I). In tretrospect, I should’ve spoken to a manager…possibly written a letter to corporate for discrimination. Never go here unless you want to give your money for poor customer service.
Good to Go. Excellent service even because there was a NBA finals game on. Our server Rudy was very accurate and attentive.
Bad service, waiter too busy watching Sunday football on TV s to worry about his customers.
Best gourmet burgers in the valley. Love their bacon cheese burger and crispy chicken sandwich. The French fries are a little bland but the onion rings are excellent.
For a $10 burger I expect taste…. Sandwich I had bland! Fries bland! Tea watery! Onion rings were wonderful thought!
Not bad.. I do love the bottomless fries. That’s what sold me on this place. The burger wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but the fries were great. Service wasn’t fantastic, either, but I’ve been through worse. Overall, a pretty forgettable place. But I’d go back for the fries.
Really bad. We used to go very often to Red Robin, but everytime we had a bad experience with the waiter or waitress. Finally after the last two rude services from the waitress we decided not to ever go back.We ordered lunch and the waitress did not write it down and she brought our order incomplete, but she did remember to bring our ticket without asking for it.
