Food is good, its a nice environment to eat at but we usually have issues with the service whenever we visit. Its a hit or miss whenever we go.
Not up to standard. I have been to several Red Robin’s up north but this establishment in McAllen did not come close to those higher standards. I was expecting awesome service, hot and tasty food and a CLEAN restaurant. This Red Robin was NONE of those. I was truly disappointed and management should be embarrassed.
