Nice place but aint worth the money. Way over-priced! Go to bayou grill or the pub for better drinks for half the price.

Superb!. Been coming here for years! believe it or not there shrimp ceasar salad is the best salad ive ever had! whole menu is fantastic and the drinks, ohhhh the drinks! service is grand as well. great place to dine!

I’ve never had problems with my food and it usually always comes out good. However, with that said service most of the time sucks! The restaurant at times doesn’t even have a lot of people in it and even like that the waiters seem to drag their feet with the exception of a couple.. For the prices of the food you should be catered to and on top of your tables! Sometimes I question going back just because of the service! Like I said, good food yet not so good service!

Went for our anniversary dinner. First time ever. Place was very packed for nighttime on Wednesday. That surprised me right off the bat there. The menu is full of delicious sounding food but its also full of wallet draining prices. I mean its $12 for some guacamole!! Better be some insane avocados they use!! My wife and I decided to start off with calamari. And we ended up getting a large pizza. (Tip : the price in the menu for the pizza is for the small, large supreme is $22!!!) the calamari came out and I was very surprised about the portion size! Looked like enough for 4 people! Needless to say we took some home. Instead of a standard marinara sauce it came with a teriyaki sauce and a tomatillo sauce. Both delicious. The pizza came out and it looked great! About a 15-16 inch. Ironically the smell and taste reminded me of Peter Piper. But luckily the crust was very different. More of a Brooklyn style thin crust. Overall great! Finally we had a pia colada cake for dessert!! Veryyy good. Sadly no alcohol! lol gonna try this place again

Had grilled chicken on a bed of au gratin potatoes with a mushroom and poblano cream sauce. Mixed veggies. Very good. Decor is really neat.

Great Steak!. My boyfriend took me here on a special anniversary dinner, and it was the best! Great service, great food, great desserts! Try it for yourself!

Visited Republic for the first time ever tonight. The meal was amazing from start to finish. Spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, I think the entree was called fire shrimp pasta. Had the dessert that’s pictured in the collection. definitely came wait to eat there again. Only problem is I don’t think Louisiana has one of these.
