Bad customer service. Employee took worng order and blamed it on me when i asked him to refund my money for what he had overcharged from his mistake he flew off the handle and started screaming in fornt of other patrons got the sandwich in questions and angrily threw it into the trashcan and refused to continue making my order. he screamed for another one of his coworkers to take over and finish out the order when i asked for his name he refused to give me his name but i then asked the employee who was finishing the order for that persons name and was told he was the owner of the restaurant. What a disapointment. will never visit this restaurant ever again i work to hard for my money.
Will drive 75 miles to get a Schlotzsky’s!. I love, love, love Schlotzsky’s and we have been known to drive the 75 miles to McAllen to have a day at Barnes and Nobles and lunch at Schlotzsky’s. I love the original deli deal…it’s just the best. This is a small, friendly establishment true to its Austin, Texas roots. Glad to find it!!!
The food is delicious but the location is pretty bad. The last 2 times that I’ve gone, I’ve noticed a small pest problem. I now drive to the newer location in Edinburg when I can find the time.
