  Don’t order online. This has happened twice now…I placed the order online and received a confirmation that it would be ready at a specific time. I arrived at the restaurant after that time only to have to stand and wait 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be cooked. Why have online ordering if it isn’t prepared ahead of time? When you only have 30 minutes for lunch and have to spend 15 of it standing in a restaurant waiting for them to make your food that you ordered 30 minutes ago, something is wrong.

  The best wings around, better than buffalos & other places. The fries are great too. The service might not be up to par but the delicious crispy wings make up for that!

  Wing Stop – Worst Restaurant Ever. Quite possibly the WORST SERVICE IN MCALLEN. Long wait, unfriendly staff. I had a large takeout order for my employees which had missing items. I called and they insisted that they got the order right and demanded that I bring the original order back to the restaurant so that they could count it. Needless to say, I am never coming back to an establishment with such disdain for their clients.

  Horrible. The internet ordering for this joint is awful, the staff is surly and slow. The fries are awful. The beans are charro beans and not good ones. It stinks.
